Terms of Service

Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and our clinicians' schedules. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Insurance & Payments Payment is due at the time of service. We offer Direct Billing to most major insurance providers (e.g., Blue Cross, Sun Life, Canada Life). Please have your insurance card and a valid ID ready. Any portion not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.

Fee Guide Transparency Our fees are based on the current New Brunswick Dental Hygienists Association (NBDHA) fee guide. Final costs for cleanings are determined by the "units of scaling" required, which will be discussed during your appointment.

Medical History To provide the safest care possible, patients are required to provide an up-to-date medical history and a list of current medications at their first visit and notify us of any changes thereafter.
